Campus Connect operates on a strict no-refund policy for all services and subscriptions.

No Refunds Policy

All purchases made through Campus Connect are final. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partially used or unused subscription periods, including but not limited to:

  • Monthly or annual subscription fees
  • Premium feature purchases
  • Event registration fees
  • Any other paid services

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

Exceptions

In rare cases where we determine a refund is warranted (such as duplicate charges or technical errors), refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
